Garreth Bloor is a prolific writer and international speaker, with work appearing across over two dozen publications and academic journals, receiving local and international awards.
He is chair of economic policy, amongst other duties in the City of Cape Town, responsible for policy, strategy and oversight on annual budget of half a billion rand. Bloor has undergrad and graduate degrees from the University of Cape Town and is the author of Markets and Morality: Ethics and Free Enterprise.
